3.1 Services Offered

Yaldi Designs offers a range of creative services, including:

• Branding and Logo Design

• Illustration and Graphic Design

• Social Media and Marketing Assets

Each project is tailored to meet the client’s specific needs and will be outlined in an agreed proposal and contract.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final files.

• All projects priced at $500 and below will be paid in full upfront at the start of the project.

• Additional costs may apply for:

  • Extra revisions beyond the agreed scope.

  • Extended project hours or changes to the original brief, billed at our standard hourly rate.

3.3 Deliverables and Revisions

• Deliverables, timelines, and the number of revisions will be clearly outlined in the proposal.

• All final files will be provided in suitable formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, EPS) as agreed upon.

• Any additional changes requested beyond the agreed terms will incur extra charges.

3.4 Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients are required to:

• Provide all necessary content and information (e.g., brand guidelines, copy, questionnaire response) within agreed timelines.

• Respond to communications and provide feedback within 5 business days.

• Ensure that any materials provided are free from copyright infringement.

3.5 Portfolio Use

• Yaldi Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

• If a client wishes to opt out, they must notify us in writing, and we will remove their project from public view within 14 business days.

3.6 Termination and Refunds

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed. Clients will be invoiced for the portion of work delivered prior to termination.

3.7 Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received.

• Working files (such as sketches or drafts) remain the property of Yaldi Designs unless otherwise agreed.

3.8 Confidentiality

Yaldi Designs respects client confidentiality. Any non-public project information will not be shared without the client’s consent.

3.9 Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as-is," and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
