  • Once we are aligned you will receive a contract and welcome kit in your Notion hub - with a 50% deposit payment required to kick things off.

  • A wee questionnaire helps me grasp the finer details of your brand’s identity and content direction.

  • You’ll upload your brand guidelines to our Notion portal to ensure every illustration aligns perfectly with your brand.

  • Based on the information share, I’ll craft a mood board to pin down the style.

    We’ll review it together to ensure we’re in sync and decide on the creative direction and style of your illustrations.

TRANSFORMING YOUR IDEAS
INTO VISUALS

Starting with basic sketches,
I'll develop them into detailed
illustrations based on your
feedback, ensuring the final visuals
align with your brand and make a

  • Sketchy Sketchy:
    All illustrations begin with sketching to nail down the layout and composition.

    I’ll share these on the Notion portal for your initial feedback.

  • Style Refinement: Incorporating your feedback, I will refine the linework and add colours.

    At this stage, I'll select 1-2 illustrations to refine for your feedback and approval. Once approved, I'll apply the chosen style and colours to all remaining illustrations in your package, ensuring consistency and quality across the board meet the same standard.

  • Final Illustrations:

    With your approval, I'll refine and add the final touches to your illustrations.

SHOWCASE YOUR BRAND

It’s time to shine!
I’ll finalise your illustrations and
provide you with all the files you
need, plus a guide on how to use
them effectively. Get ready to
impress with visuals that highlight

  • Upon approval and receipt of the final payment your illustration files will be packaged up in the agreed format and sent over to you! Ready for you to dazzle your audience!
